If you have employees that speak a different language you can add that in here and when they receive their Onboarding link they can select to fill the form out in their language, you will need to add English also. 

Add a new language by pressing the blue 'Add' button in the top right. 

Enter the name of the language and you can tick whether that language is active for employees to be able to select that in their language options. 

If you untick the 'Active' box it will then be archived and you can select 'Show Archived to then activate it again if you need, by ticking the 'Active' box in that language box again.
